Obras a medio terminar y calculos mal realizados por sus supuestos estructuristas, trabajan con personal sin ningún tipo de seguridad social, lo cual se vuelve un riesgo si los contratas y llevan a personal con carencia de conocimientos solo por sacar la chamba.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deficientes acabados, en algunos después de colocados se están cayendo en menos de 2 meses de uso , materiales de 2da, intentan realizar instalaciones de todo tipo y contratan solo aprendices o personal con el menor costo abaratando la mano de obra para ellos y cobra el 25% de utilidad a pesar de entregables deficientes y no cumple con las garantías que ofrece. No recomendable para obra ni para detalles , quizá lo único son planos y renders. Para lo demás pésimo y mal trabajo el entregable. Nos quedaron a deber insumos de acuerdo al contrato firmado revisen bien sus contratos y que les especifiquen que les entregarán ya que carecen de HONESTIDAD. El arquitecto Tomas P. y su esposa Perla S. fungen como responsables y al final te dejan colgado. Estamos abiertos para arreglar esto de inmediato, te hemos mandado WhatsApp y nos dejas en visto.

En la.ejecucion siempre hubo la disponibilidad para aclarar dudas tanto de proyecto como la.de la ejecución en todo momento hubo disponibilidad tanto en obra como en su despacho. Quedamos muy satisfechos con el.trabajo realizado por el despacho y por su titular el arq. tomas Pérez, siempre demostrando profesionalismo en su trabajo. Espero en un futuro cercano seguir contando con sus servicios para otros proyectos. Tengo a bien por otro lado recomendarlo ampliamente.
