I don't recommend this place for straightening, the smooth lasted two days and then I already had super marked waves, so I went to have the guarantee applied and apart from the fact that the owner of the place and her two employees were super rude and made fun of me , did not want to apply the guarantee because it clearly said in the instructions that it had to be activated with a dryer, but do I really have to use the dryer every day? Is that what this treatment is about?! To activate it with daily heat? I don't see the point of paying 2400 pesos so that it doesn't remain 90% straight for at least 3 months, that was the least I expected. The same I told him if he could show me the brand of the product and it turns out that they don't have a brand; that an equis supplier makes them… In short, they were super rude, I even thought they were going to hit me because of how intense they were and well, I paid 2400 and it hasn't even been a month and my hair is about 40% straightened, not 90% as promised and literally daily I have to blow-dry for about 15 minutes and with that it looks 70% straight…. Horrible place!!!!

Be careful with this place, in my point of view it is a complete fraud. You pay for a service that is not given to you, they tell you that it is a lifting (from the root) and they end up trying to curl it, which by the way is terrible, the nails are half raised, others are not, and some are extremely bent. When you ask about the technique and hygiene protocols that can be seen in the videos that are uploaded, which by the way is clear to me that they are taken from elsewhere, something that the manager could not deny me, the employee answers evasively and annoyed, raises your voice and speaks to you derogatory, as if he were doing you a favor instead of understanding that you are paying for that service you ask for; and if we add to that that they give you a cost and once the service is half provided they charge you another, using various arguments, which they never give you with due anticipation, and that even when you make the inconvenience known to the person in charge, first you offer attention and amend them, and suddenly you don't even check the messages, much less answer you, definitely I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE NOR THE ATTENTION OF ITS PERSONNEL, do not waste your money on something that DOES NOT SERVE, better look for another place!
