★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su atención a clientes por medio de su conmutador es lo peor que he conocido no menos de 15 veces he llamado al 91386600 y jamas contestan el sistema te manda a un buzón de mensajes en recepción, es el colmo que no tengan una persona dedicada a responder el teléfono y orientar a quienes deseamos comunicarnos a la empresa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio el de las personas que atienden por teléfono, son demasiado groseras, cuelgan y ni siquiera dan información básica. Las opciones del comuntador son ineficaces ya que no funcionan. Particularmente quiero manifestar mi molestia por las tipas que atienden el conmutador durante las mañanas, ya que al menos las de hoy 11 de septiembre son nefastas, groseras y altaneras.
Terrible service is that of people who answer by phone, are too rude, hang up and do not even give basic information. The options of the host are inefficient since they do not work. Particularly I want to express my annoyance for the pipes that attend the switch during the mornings, since at least those of September 11 are nefarious, rude and arrogant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DE INDIGNACION que la recepcionista, que es la primera cara de la empresa al cliente sea una persona tan grosera y desagradable. Me colgó descaradamente el teléfono DOS VECES argumentando que no había nadie que me atendiera. Se le regresó la llamada porque pensamos que se cortó, pero no!!! Nos colgó. Qe poco profesionalismo. Les recomiendo cambiar la actitud. Como primera impresión, PESIMO!!!
