Very late for the delivery of the analyzes. The first time they made me wait like 20 minutes after the scheduled time. The second time it took another day to deliver the analysis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llame para cotizar, me pusieron en espera y se escuchaba como hablaba con su compañera y se reia... en el puro chisme en vez de atender a un interesado en cotizar sus servicios. En tiempos de pandemia deben de evitar este tipo de personal. Refleja una pésima calidad en su atención.
Call to quote, they put me on hold and you could hear how he spoke with his partner and laughed ... at pure gossip instead of attending to someone interested in quoting his services. In times of pandemic they should avoid this type of personnel. Reflects a poor quality of care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llamé para cotizar... les pregunte que proceso era para ir al día siguiente y te dicen que llegues temprano y que pasaras en orden de llegada pero estando aquí dejaron pasar a 3 personas que llegaron después de los que llegamos primero y que supuestamente ya habían pagado? No que era por orden de llegada? Por que no me dijeron que podía pagar antes de venir y así saltarme la fila? Fuera de eso están bien los precios, pero no se me hace correcto que te digan una cosa y hagan otra cuando llegue, pa eso mejor que sea pago anticipado y por citas. Si me dio coraje porque tenía prisa y llegue antes que estas 3 personas que se saltaron a todos.
I called to get a quote ... I asked them what process it was to go the next day and they tell you to arrive early and to pass in order of arrival but being here they let in 3 people who arrived after the ones who arrived first and who supposedly had already paid out? Wasn't it first come first serve? Why didn't they tell me I could pay before I came and skip the line? Outside of that, the prices are good, but it is not right for me to tell you one thing and do another when it arrives, for that it better be payment in advance and for appointments. If it gave me courage because I was in a hurry and I arrived before these 3 people who skipped everyone.

I was being charged Mx $5000 for series of clinical tests in other places and I got it done at Diagnolab for about Mx $3000. Sometimes their package deal is much cheaper than other places.
I believe that it is time efficient because other places would take at least two days to give mr my results while Diagnolab prioritized my tests and gave them the evening of that day.
The people there were very warm. Regardless of what people think, a kind smile when you're sick can make the difference.
