V	Valeria Gien on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pésimo servicio, solicite una toma demuestra a domicilio, desde ahí mil trabas, que lo tenían que confirmar, que me llamaban más tarde, total se agenda, cuando llegó el “químico” con el material en una mochila sucia, nunca se lavó o desinfectó las manos, los guantes que se puso no estaban nuevos ya que los sacó de la bolsa de su bata, nunca explicó el procedimiento de la aguja nueva, estéril etc. hasta ahí mal, se pone peor cuando preguntamos a qué hora estarían los resultados a lo que contestó que antes de las 6 de la tarde, le preguntamos nuevamente ya que los resultados eran importantes para dictar el manejo del paciente, nuevamente confirmó que estarían listos (esta información también se la preguntamos a la recepcionista quien confirmó que estarían listos el mismo día). Han pasado 36 horas y no he recibido los resultados ni contestan el teléfono en la sucursal. Por obvias razones ya tuve que repetir los estudios en otro laboratorio y pagar doble. Espero tener una respuesta del responsable del laboratorio antes de proceder por otras instancias. For obvious reasons I already had to repeat the studies in another laboratory and pay double. I hope to have a response from the head of the laboratory before proceeding through other instances.

My results came back positive. Total wait time was 90 minutes plus two hours for the results. This was during the 4th wave, the one called Omicron.
