★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio para atender urgencias , ya que al momento de pedir el servicio con urgencia el personal de ventanilla tardo demasiado para que al final nos digieran que no podían atender al paciente por no contar con el mínimo equipo para atender dicha urgencia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui con la ginecóloga Leticia Serrano y a parte de que me hicieron esperar 4 horas me diagnóstico un síndrome que no tengo y sin hacerme pruebas, se la pasó platicando cuando yo ya estaba cansada y sin comer por estarla esperando todo el día y contestó una llamada en mi corto tiempo de consulta, además mientras pasaba a hacerme un ultrasonido paso a alguien más y me volvió a dejar esperando, pésimo servicio.

Muy mal servicio en las citas deberían de respetar un horario de citas
