Hay una mujer que atiende el teléfono y quedan en recoger muestras y nunca pasan, justo cuando ella atiende. Que pena por el trabajo y el esfuerzo del Dr Remolina, pero esto no debe volver a pasar con mis colegas. ¿Que se supone que les digamos a los propietarios de los pacientes a quienes les tomamos las muestras? Hace mucho pasó esto (y desde ahí los evito): quisieron darle informes a mi auxiliar y tuvieron que sacarme de cirugía para comprobar que era médico, cuando le reclame a la recepcionista se escudó detrás de la dra. y la doctorcita se pone de un carácter del asco y altanera... por que? porque yo me molesté porque me sacaron de cirugía (no era para menos). De verdad tienen muy mala actitud a comparación de LEX o Experto Sur... tache. :( Al final la supuesta información adicional no fue nada del otro mundo... Dr. Selina has a despicable treatment of clients. Les llamas y son super groseros al teléfono. Sus precios son más elevados que otros laboratorios y que te cobren el iVA aparte si quieres factura es una práctica indebida y molesta. Definitivamente cero recomendable The attention is AWFUL!! They never answer the emails to answer questions or to confirm that they will go for the sample. You call them and they are super rude on the phone. Their prices are higher than other laboratories and charging VAT separately if you want an invoice is an improper and annoying practice. Definitely zero recommended.
C	Claudia Janet Gutiérrez Morales on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente no recomiendo el laboratorio, tienen una mala atención al cliente desde que se piden informes, contestan pedantes y cortantes, luego llenas una solicitud para los estudios y es de mal gusto ni siquiera una respuesta de "recibido", para la tranquilidad que está correcto y saber que van a pasar a recoger las muestras, en las cuales, no son formales. No llegan y se justifican diciendo que no hubo tiempo, que pasan mañana, aunque se haya mandado temprano la solicitud y avisan por correo hasta la noche. I honestly do not recommend the laboratory, they have poor customer service since they ask for reports, they answer pedantic and curt, then you fill out an application for the studies and it is in bad taste not even a "received" response, for peace of mind that it is correct and knowing that they are going to collect the samples, in which they are not formal. They do not arrive and they justify themselves by saying that there was no time, that they will come tomorrow, even though the request was sent early and they notify by mail until nightfall.
