★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un robo... lleve un focus para la afinación y cambio de aceite, a los pocos días se encendio el aviso del check engine, al regresar con ellos me dijeron que tenian que cambiar varias partes y me dieron un presupuesto excesivo (por supuesto no lo hice).... A los pocos dias se encendio el aviso de cambio de aceite... Preferí llevar el auto a otro lado, le cambiaron el aceite el cual me enseñaron estaba super sucio (señal de que en diagnostik no lo habian cambiado).... lo peor de todo es cuando lleve a otro mecánico a que revisara el "Check engine", hizo la afinación, lavado de inyectores, bujias, etc (si lo arreglo). , me comento que quien habían hecho el anterior servicio o mas bien no lo habia hecho, (osea diagnostik en naucalpan) puso bujias que no eran para el focus (al parecer mas economicas) en fin un asco de servicio los de Diagnostick en Naucalpan...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, me sacaron dinero por cosas que no hicieron bien. También me hicieron "el cambio de aceite" y lo único que hicieron fue quitarle el aceite y dejar el motor sin nada (si no me hubiera dado cuenta seguro se hubiera dañado). Y en el caso de las refacciones, te venden y te ponen unas que son las más chafas del mercado y te las cobran como si fueran las más adecuadas para tu auto.
Aparte tienen esta actitud de prepotencia que creen que saben todo, pero en realidad solo les importa estafar a su cliente. Les pido que por favor vayan a otro establecimiento, porque estas personas se aprovechan de sus clientes.
Le pongo una estrella porque es lo mínimo que me deja, pero en realidad no les podría nada, más bien me deberían de regresar mi dinero.
