They never answer the phone, they agreed to send me information to request my invoice and they never did. They do not deliver a verification note and I have not been able to claim my invoice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Tienes que rogar para que te den los resultados de los análisis por los que PAGAS, como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor. No se toman la salud de sus clientes en serio. Una lástima los "trabajadores de la salud"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No están abiertos todo el año y quizá manejen algún tipo de urgencia pero lo todas. Yo necesitaba ultrasonido un sábado para descartar apendicitis y pues no había. Están en su derecho de tener horarios pero que no pongan en su publicidad que están abiertos 24 horas todo el año.
They are not open all year round and they may handle some kind of urgency but all of them. I needed an ultrasound on a Saturday to rule out appendicitis and there was none. They are within their rights to have opening hours but do not put in their advertising that they are open 24 hours a day all year round.
