Good fast service. Knowledgeable, polite, and honest.

We came from a Carnival cruise and this place was an official stop from our tour of "Best of Mazatlán" so we felt it was legit already (a large cruise line would not endorse it if they were a scam). Our guide Alysia did the introduction with the employees and everyone was very friendly and professional. We were helped by Jennyfer who was kind, respectful, professional, not pushy and spoke to us in a perfect english. The manager even assisted us in our decision and managed to lower the price until we both felt comfortable with the purchase. We ended up purchasing two rings, one bracelet and one pendant which were their own creations and extremely beautiful. The pendant was a gift for my mom who was thrilled; and the bracelet was for my wife who wears it all the time and constantly receives compliments for it. Afterward I received an email from Jennyfer with the certificate of authenticity for insurance purposes and it feels we had a great deal based on the house estimate. In the future I plan to do an independent evaluation from my gemologist to double check the estimate and then will edit my post accordingly. But from what I know of jewels and fine metals, this looks genuine, engraved with the proper stamps and feels like quality. I would recommend this shop for tourists who don't want to be swindled or for locals who want a fine original jewelry piece that will be sure to please.
