★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO SERVICIO DE CENTRO MÉDICO DIAMANTE.
Fui a una urgencia a las 5:30am porque tuve una intoxicación que agravó en el transcurso de la noche y me atendió la Dra. Stephanie Soto.
Su trato fue descortés y poco profesional. Quise mostrarle como eran las ronchas que tenía en la piel y me ignoró, por alguna razón no quiso verlas.... Mismo caso cuando trate de enseñarle el medicamento que ya había tomado para la intoxicación antes de ir a verla! Me dijo que no era relevante lo que hubiera tomado y otra vez me ignoró.
La consulta duró máximo 15min y fue una experiencia muy frustrante y decepcionante. En ningún momento hizo contacto visual conmigo ni se interesó en saber que sentía, menos me explicó cómo trabajarían los medicamentos que me estaba recetando! Cuando yo se lo pregunté volvió a hacer su desplante de mal humor y actitud! Prepotente y grosera.
Desde mi punto de vista la Dra. Soto no cumplió satisfactoriamente con su función. Me voy terriblemente insatisfecha y decepcionada del servicio de centro médico diamante.
Por su puesto que no los recomiendo y menos si va para atender algo que usted considera altamente alarmante!
 BAD SERVICE FROM DIAMOND MEDICAL CENTER.
I went to the emergency room at 5:30 am because I had an intoxication that worsened during the night and was treated by Dr. Stephanie Soto.
His treatment was rude and unprofessional. I wanted to show him what the welts on his skin were like and he ignored me, for some reason he didn't want to see them .... Same case when I tried to show him the medicine he had already taken for the poisoning before going to see her! He told me that it was not relevant what I had taken and again he ignored me.
The consultation lasted a maximum of 15 minutes and was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. At no time did he make eye contact with me or was interested in knowing what I was feeling, even less did he explain how the medications he was prescribing would work! When I asked him he went back to his rudeness with a bad mood and attitude! Pushy and rude.
From my point of view, Dr. Soto did not fulfill her role satisfactorily. I leave terribly dissatisfied and disappointed in the service of Diamond Medical Center.
Of course, I do not recommend them and less if you are going to attend something that you consider highly alarming!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son unos rateros, mi hijo tuvo un accidente en bici, y por una sutura de dos puntos le cobraron 3200, cobran todo, 1500 por llegar de urgencia, 600 por utilizar la sala para que lo curaran, aparte le cobraron la curación, de verdad son unos abusivos. Se aprovechan de que de ese lado no hay servicio. Y la herida ni era tan grave
