Sells fakes! Went there and asked if they sold Alex and Ani and they said they did, but what they sell is a fake knockoff then they spend the next hours trying to explain why their product is better.

Diamond Palace is definitely a must stop in Cozumel if you are looking for high quality, beautiful jewelry with friendly, knowledgeable staff. Had an amazing experience buying a ring/bracelet combo. Owner goes above and beyond to give you the best price. No high pressure sales which was very nice. Would recommend to anyone!

The only reason the place is getting a star is because i have to give a least one to post. Stay away I purchased a 1.5 cts color G/H color si-1 / si 2 on January 26 2019. when i return home i took the ring to my jeweler the ring is I in color and vs1 which is not what i bought. Sam even gave me a mini apprailsal from ugl which states the color and clarity. I have emailed Sam and spoke to him on several occasions letting him know that i wanted to return the ring and he will not return it nor will he return any of my email now. Beware of this place. They talk a good talk but do not stand by what they tell you. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING STAY CLEAR

Cruise Tourist...Don't waste your money!!!! My necklace was sold to me at 1pm, I returned with it 30 minutes later to get a longer chain which they did not have in stock. They had a young lady take my nacklace to what they said was their other store a block away for over an hour to get a longer chain. When she finally returned with the neckalace all guest had to return to cruise ships. After waiting in the security line with my book bag and shopping bags ( nothing else touching or pulling at my neck) I got to my room and one of the stones was already missing!!!! I went to unhook the clamp and the necklace broke where they tried soldering it! The security from the ship would not let anyone back off the ship. I paid 250 for something I wore for under a hour, and something that was fine before they took it out of my eye sight for a hour!!! I have called the store for 5 hours straight with no answer( while receiving my carriers charges for out of USA calls). I was assured their store in Miami would honor my "warranty"... LIES!!! There is no other store in Miami, I searched as soon as the ship docked back in FL. If Alex ( who sold me the necklace) or whomever manages these stores reads this you have my information to contact me!!!! Terrible way to end a vacation!!! And if you send your company's email I have pictures of your product

Buyer Beware...Purchased ring from Diamond Palace dec 5th 2019. Stone fell out and had to return it for repair, this was done on Dec 9th, 2019. Received repaired ring on1/6/2020 and he sent the Wrong ring. Returned the ring again, after many calls and texts back and forth, I requested a refund. Today is March 3rd, 2020 he has the ring and I’m out 299.00 plus 2 return shipping charges. Do not buy from this merchant.?

Shady people. Bought my wife a ring here, they took my credit card and id in back for several minutes. When I got home the credit card company informed me of several fraudulent transactions. This is the only place my ID and credit card left my sight my entire time in Mexico.
