El vendedor Antonio nos dijo que teníamos que pagar por completo para que recibamos nuestras losas de cocina y baño a tiempo. Antonio sigue mintiendo a nosotros diciendo que no tiene suficiente material que está pasando durante meses para terminar nuestra baño y cocina. Si no tienes una línea de tiempo y no te importa cuando termina tu cocina, yo iría con ellos pero si quieres hacerlo en un tiempo razonable irÍa con un proveedor diferente
The product is great, the only thing is the customer support is horrible. This is probably the worst experience I have ever had with a provider. Seller Antonio told us that we had to pay in full so that we received our kitchen and bathroom tiles on time. Antonio keeps lying to us saying he doesn't have enough material he's going through for months to finish our bathroom and kitchen. If you don't have a timeline and you don't care when your cooking ends, I would go with them but if you want to do it in a reasonable time I would go with a different supplier

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Engaño, contrate una cubierta silestone y me pusieron una copaq , ellos lo sabian y no me notificaron. Sacan la excusa que es misma calidad y no lo es. La cubierta compaq se mancha con facilidad y es difícil sacarle mancha. Venden con engaños y se aprovechan que no vemos lo que nos instalan y confiamos que es lo acordamos y ponen otra cosa . Deception, I hired a Silestone cover and they put a copaq on me, they knew it and they didn't notify me. They make the excuse that it is the same quality and it is not. Compaq cover stains easily and is difficult to remove. They sell with deception and take advantage of the fact that we do not see what they install us and we trust that it is what we agreed and put something else. Not very honest. Seller Antonio Quezada.
