Bueno pues yo camino a diario por las banquetas, de esta bella ciudad capital, porque no puedo caminar por sus calles. Sin embargo los automovilistas y comerciantes, invaden este espacio peatonal. Al pie de las "paradas" se han instalado casetas de venta de servicios o de alimentos. Muchas casas a falta de cochera dejan su auto en la banqueta. Ante la topografía propia de esta ciudad los caseros hacen sus escalones para tomar el nivel de su piso interior, haciendo escalones fuera, en la banqueta; otros desplano, montan la escalera de concreto o de fierro cubriendo toda la banqueta. también vemos unas rampas de mas 45° de inclinación para introducir el auto a la cochera. Vemos rejas, medidores de luz o agua salidos, balcones volados, donde podemos tropezar o rompernos la cabeza. A todo esto y ante el auge turístico y la nueva hazaña de los Juego de la Olimpiada Panamericana, SERIA MUY BUENO QUE NUESTRAS AUTORIDADES MUNICIPALES Y EN ESPECIAL LAS DE PROTECCIÓN CIVIL ATENDIERAN ESTE COMPLEJO TEMA LLENO DE RIESGO Y PELIGRO INMINENTE.
