Sr Diputado Esquitin Ortiz , me dirijo a usted solicitando su amable ayuda para que su hermano Julio pague las rentas atrasadas del depto. que tiene rentado en el fracc. acueducto animas , aquí en Xalapa , son 2 meses de atraso ( total $ 10,000 pesos ) , 5 mil de cada mes .......le informo que al l Sr. Gobernador del estado lo conozco desde que éramos estudiantes en el principio del sexenio del gobernador Hernandez Ochoa , buscare al lic. Miguel Angel Yunes Linares en algún acto público para pedirle me ayude a que me paguen la renta ....................personas de Tuxpam amigas mías , me dijeron que ya en Xalapa a una señora no le pagaron la renta durante 8 meses de una casa en las animas y solo un día se salieron sin pagar , en vista de esto quiero decirle que procederé si en 72 horas no me pagan , a embargar lo que este dentro del depto. , ante notario público , vídeo y la policía para garantizar el pago de la renta ..........le solicito su ayuda Sr. Diputado.......gracias .
