★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experiencia, Mande mi cafetera Gaggia a componer porque están listados como servicio autorizado, les dije que no valia la pena componerla si me iba a costar mas de 2000 pesos (la cafetera nueva no vale mas de 8000) me llamaron y me dieron un presupuesto de alrededor de 1700 que incluía la revision. Me llamaron para que fuera a recogerla, la recogí y apoco tiempo la conecte para hacerme un cafe y ver como había quedado.
La cafetera empezo a oler a plastico quemado y a echar humo!. tanto que la saque de la casa al patio del jardin...le tome video, se las lleve de nuevo (porque según ellos ofrecen garantia) total que me llaman una semana después para decirme que la reparación iba a constar mas de 2000 pesos y tenia que pagar aparte la revision!
Por favor no cometan el mismo error que yo y manténganse lejos de ese establecimiento de estafadores.
Terrible experience, Send my Gaggia coffee maker to compose because they are listed as an authorized service, I told them that it was not worth composing if it was going to cost me more than 2000 pesos (the new coffee maker is not worth more than 8000) they called me and gave me a budget from around 1700 that included the revision. They called me to go pick it up, I picked it up and then connected it to make a coffee and see how it had been.
The coffee machine began to smell burnt plastic and smoke !. so much that I took her out of the house to the patio of the garden ... I took her video, I took them again (because according to them they offer guarantee) that they call me a week later to tell me that the repair would consist of more than 2000 pesos and I had to pay the revision separately!
Please do not make the same mistake as me and stay away from that establishment of scammers.
