Creo que deberían cuidar más su servicio a clientes (aunque yo no fui afectado) y más con sus empleados... Nos dijeron que el envio era gratis y que hasta 5 días nos daban respuesta de máx 15 días hábiles para dejarnos los muebles. Al realizar el pago, nos comentaron que el envio sí tenía costo. Y además despuéa de los 5 días nos dijeron que iban a llegar los muebles dentro de un mes. La verdad no es nada bueno el servicio. Cuando vemos la devolución dicen que solo es por teléfono y en tienda no, aunque su página y en un letrero en tienda dice “devoluciones ágiles”, en tienda deberían aclarar a qué se refieren con eso, y además que uno de sus vendedores en lugar de tener actitud de servicio cuando le dijimos devolución solo fue malos tratos. Ahora a esperar a que pasen por el mueble roto que se tardaron en entregar y que después de 2 semanas que ya pasen por él a esperar la devolución. Mala experiencia de compra y servicio
