Sin duda alguna es una de las peores tiendas y la peor experiencia que he tenido al comprar un mueble, de principio te cobran el envio, te mandan las cosas sin previo aviso sin importarles si estas o no en casa, si no estas los encargados de las entregas muy despotamente te dicen que pues no pueden regresar mas tarde y que a ver cuando te lo pueden llevar, meti mi queja en servicio al cliente pero nadie tiene la facultad de hacer nada, se contacta el vendedor de la tienda que nos atendio Raul en la gran plaza cancun y tachandome de mentiroso nego rotundamemte todo lo estipulado y el acuerdo que se tuvo al momento de hacer la compra, en la misma llamada se comprometio a entregar el producto el dia martes y en una segunda llamada de queja nuevamente el señor me vuelve a tachar de mentiroso diciendo que el jamas habia dicho nada, al pedir hablar con su gerente de tienda antes de comunicarmelo intento tapar la bocina del telefono para hablar primero con el y nunca penso que escucharia toda su conversacion dirigiendose a mi palabras textuales como un pendejo y que por mis webos yo quería que las cosas se hicieran como yo quería y hasta ahora sigo sin recibir el articulo comprado mi recomendacion es evitense problemas no compren en tiendas como esta hay mejores opciones y el trato por parte de los empleados es de lo peor aun siendo nosotros los clientes y los que pagamos por un servicio malo y encima de todo te tratan mal, despotamente nadie resuelve nada y te insultan

Productos de regular calidad, en tienda muestran los mejores, pero en la entrega los acabados son regulares, pintados no uniforme. El envío te lo cobran, según te avisarán a qué horas, pero no, tienes que estar todo el día para ver a qué horas te lo entregan. La entrega no es inmediata, 7 a 15 días. No los envían ellos, es otra mudanza que no sabe amar los muebles, además que los maltratan, rayan o golpean. Son mañosos, te distraen para que no los revises y te exigen firmes de recibido en excelente condiciones. NO volveré a comprar.
