NO APOSTILLAMOS DOCUMENTOS ESTATALES (INCLUYENDO LOS EXPEDIDOS POR EL GOBIERNO DE LA CIUDAD DE MÉXICO) O MUNICIPALES COMO ACTAS DE NACIMIENTO, ACTAS DE DIVORCIO, ACTAS DE MATRIMONIO, ACTAS DE DEFUNCIÓN, ACTAS DE SOLTERÍA, CONSTANCIAS DE NO ANTECEDENTES PENALES ESTATALES, DOCUMENTOS EXPEDIDOS POR NOTARIOS PÚBLICOS, ENTRE OTROS.
• Los trámites de apostilla de documentos y legalización de firmas (de 1 a 5 documentos), así como la certificación de diarios oficiales de la Federación, se realizarán de lunes a viernes en un horario de 9:00 a 13:00 hrs. La certificación de diarios deberá solicitarse por escrito.
• Si ingresas 6 documentos o más a trámite de apostilla de documentos o legalización de firmas, deberás hacerlo antes de las 10:00 horas y se te entregarán al día hábil siguiente.
• La información y asesoría relativa a los trámites puedes consultarla de lunes a viernes de 8:00 a 17:00 hrs. al teléfono 55 5093 3000, extensiones 35038, 35040, 35050 y 35072, o mandar correo electrónico a (sólo a una dirección) [email protected] y [email protected], con el documento digitalizado (PDF) a tramitar por ambos lados y legible.
• Pago de derechos de los trámites a partir del 1 de enero de 2022 ( una vez que hayas verificado que tus documentos cumplan con los requisitos para apostilla o legalización de carácter federal, realiza un solo pago por el total de documentos a tramitar):
- Apostilla de documentos: $1,743.00 pesos m.n. por documento.
- Legalización de firmas: $641.00 pesos m.n. por documento.
- Certificación de diarios oficiales de la Federación: $23.00 pesos m.n. por hoja.

• Los días de atención estarán sujetos al semáforo de riesgo epidemiológico, determinado por las autoridades competentes.
El presente aviso se emite como excepción al numeral Quinto del Acuerdo por el que se amplía la suspensión de los plazos, términos y actividades en la Secretaría de Gobernación, con las exclusiones que en el mismo se indican, mismo que fue publicado en el Diario Oficial de la Federación el 27 de mayo de 2020.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a hacer el trámite un miércoles y tardé 2 horas. Llegué a la fila a las 8:15 y ya habían alrededor de 20 personas formadas delante de mí. Salí a las 10:10 con mi documento apostillado. Abren a las 9:00.
Te solicitan documento original a apostillar, identificación oficial y original del pago.
La primera fila es para entregar esos documentos. Después, te piden que te formes en una segunda fila. Para quienes lleguen más tarde, validen cuál fila es de entrega de documentos y cuál es para que te regresen tu documento apostillado.
En la segunda fila te van nombrando y te entregan una hoja, a modo de recibo, para que la llenes mientras preparan tu documento. Pasados unos minutos te llaman de nueva cuenta para darte tu documento apostillado.
Tips: Lleva pluma tinta negra o azul y algo para apoyar.
Verifica el pronóstico del tiempo porque todo el proceso se hace afuera del edificio. Lleva impermeable o paraguas, por si acaso.
En la página dice que puedes llevar hasta 7 documentos a apostillar, pero realmente te permiten llevar hasta 5. Los martes, con cita, puedes llevar más.
 I went to do the procedure on a Wednesday and it took me 2 hours. I got to the line at 8:15 and there were already about 20 people lined up in front of me. I left at 10:10 with my apostilled document. They open at 9:00.
They request an original document to be apostilled, official identification and original payment.
The first row is to deliver those documents. Then they ask you to line up in a second row. For those who arrive later, validate which row is for document delivery and which one is so that your apostilled document can be returned to you.
In the second row they name you and they give you a sheet, as a receipt, for you to fill out while they prepare your document. After a few minutes they call you again to give you your apostilled document.
Tips: Bring black or blue ink pen and something to support.
Check the weather forecast because the whole process is done outside the building. Bring a raincoat or umbrella, just in case.
On the page it says that you can take up to 7 documents to apostille, but they really allow you to take up to 5. On Tuesdays, by appointment, you can take more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atención a pesar de la larga fila, las muchas preguntas que le hacen a la srita que nos recibe.
Les recomiendo que lean bien la página oficial por que vi que a mucha gente la regresaron por no legalizar sus documentos, o por apostillar un documento expedido en otro estado.
También en algunos casos tendrán que ir a pedir informes y comprobar que sus documentos estén bien o q les indiquen que deben de hacer o a donde ir.
1. Lleguen temprano para agarrar buen lugar (la fila es interminable). El vigilante comentó que empiezan a llegar desde las 5 am. Yo llegué 7:50 y había 7 personas por delante de mi. Lleven una silla por que de que van a esperar van a esperar muchas horas.
2. Están abriendo lunes y jueves.
3. Si llevas más de 5 documentos a apostillar te dan cita para entregarte los documentos en otra fecha.
4. Si estás seguro de que tus documentos están bien que ya estén legalizados (en caso de que lo necesite) seria bueno ahorrarte tiempo ya que se puede imprimir la papeleta de pago desde la pagina y así pasar mas pronto.
5. Pidan información directamente, vi que a mucha gente iba a apostillar título y que tenían que legalizarlo primero y si era de una escuela privada se tiene q hacer en otro lugar, la srita muy amable que recibía a la gente daba la info. Lo malo que muchos q no sabían ya habían pagado y ese dinero se pierde.
6. Si vas a apostillar carta de antecedentes no penales imprime tu papeleta desde la página y paga antes te ahorras mucho tiempo.
7. Solo pueden pagar en los siguientes bancos Santander, BBVA, Scotia bank, y ban bajío. Comprobantes de los demás bancos se los rechazaran por no ser claros.
Espero les ayude esta info ya que es muy difícil saber que hacer en estos días que aun no están trabajando como normalmente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui apostillar un diploma que tenía la firma de la secretaria de educación de México, Delfina Gómez Álvarez, que lleva más de un año en el cargo, pero la Dicoppu no tenía como verificar dicha firma ?♂️?♂️?? no sabe uno si reír o llorar. Solo pasa en México!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Revisen la página de Internet antes de presentarse a dicha dependencia, hay un apartado donde mencionan los trámites previos que debes realizar. Me tocó ver a muchas personas que las regresaban porque no cumplían los requisitos.
En mi caso revisé en varias ocasiones que los documentos que me solicitaban no fueran otros y ya que estaba segura realicé el pago, cosa que también sugiero que lo realicen ya que si lo hacen ese día sólo harán que tarden más..
La realidad es que el trámite es muy sencillo y rápido si llevas todo correcto y llegas a una buena hora literal a formarte, claro, yo llegué a las 7.30 am y salí a las 9.30am. Ya que te entregan tus documentos revisa que tu nombre esté bien ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A cuando escribo esta reseña, el trámite no necesita cita. Pero atienden despues de las 9:00am
Cuando lleguen no se formen como mensos (vi mucha gente hacer eso) primero hay que preguntar (en una pequeña fila que se hace en la rampa) pregunta si efectivamente tu documento se puede apostillar ahi (por que parece solo son documentos federales)
Una vez que te hayan dicho que si, te guiarán los siguientes pasos, en mi caso me dieron la hoja oara pagar en el banco, ya después del pago regresan les muestran el pago y ya se dirigen ahora si a la fila. El tramite es relativamente rapido, lo malo ed que hay que formarse
Siempre diriganse de manera educada, pregunten pongan atencion y no sean groseros para que ellos tampoco sean despotas
Siguiendo todo y teniendo sus documentos correctamente antes de apostillar, se podra hacer sin problema
Lo malo es que si se me hace excesivo el cosgo de la apostilla $1743 en el momento que escribo esto

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegandito hay una persona muy eficiente qe revisa tus docs, y tardan menos de 1 hr en una apostilla. Todo el proceso hay qe esperar afuera. Revisen bien qè tràmite necesitan, yo les marquè con anticipaciòn y me dijeron que necesitaba apostilla cuando en realidad era validaciòn de firmas. Perdì 1,100 MXN por ese error?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio a pesar de que a veces son un poco lentos en la entrega de los documentos, abren alas 9 y están abriendo de lunes a viernes, la fila que está pegada ala pared es para entregar documentos y que los revisen, si están bien te mandan ala otra fila para que te den una hoja de contrarecibo, la tienes que llenar y ya te van llamado según tu nombre para hacer entrega de tus documentos. El proceso dura como 1 hora y medio máximo.
