A pesar que cada año el servicio es más lento y hay menos seguimiento por el asesor técnico, llaman cada 6 meses indicando que ya toca el servicio y que es obligatorio o sino se pierde la garantia. Lo que no dicen es que el de los 6 meses es opcional y no tiene que ver con la garantía.
Son más serios en otros centros de servicio :(
 For the service center:
Despite the fact that each year the service is slower and there is less follow-up by the technical advisor, they call every 6 months indicating that it is time for the service and that it is mandatory or else the guarantee will be lost. What they don't say is that the 6-month is optional and has nothing to do with the warranty.
They are more serious in other service centers :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé mi auto a reparar de un golpe fuerte que me dieron. La reparación fue excelente. El tiempo de entrega fue mucho y no se cumplió el tiempo pactado. La atención fue mala ya que uno mismo tiene que estar buscando al de las reparaciones y cuando lo encontraba me daba falsa información del estado de mi coche. Por último, rodaron la llanta de refacción cuando no tenían nada que hacerle. En resumen, la calidad de la reparación es excelente, la atención al cliente es pésima.
I took my car to be repaired after a heavy blow they gave me. The repair was excellent. The delivery time was long and the agreed time was not met. The attention was bad since one has to be looking for the repair person and when I found him he gave me false information about the state of my car. Lastly, they rolled the spare tire when they had nothing to do to it. In short, the quality of the repair is excellent, the customer service is terrible.
