We did the whale shark tour yesterday and had an amazing time.

I really DO NO recommend going to this provider, they are really unprofessional, not honest and by far the most expensive of the city. They look at you and they just think that because you're a tourist they can take advantage of you. They don't have price indication and really decide of the price according to your face and the worst of all is Miguel. One advice go somewhere else.

Team for confirming and receiving payment get a little confuse at times but the staff, specially Luis and Hector, have great service and will make everything to make experience unforgettable. Being able to swim with the whale shark is an incredible experience.

We did the Whale Shark experience and it was awesome! Tamara made the day special! I didn't give 5 stars because we're still waiting on the video and pictures that we paid for.

From the time I started messaging Diego's Tours their customer service was amazing. They were quick to respond and answer all of my questions. They even made sure our transportation was fixed at the last minute due to my ignorance ? The transportation to the marina was on time and they provided a very clean shuttle. Antonio met us at the marina and was super friendly! We got on the catamaran and they started serving drinks immediately. I have two young boys and I think they drank enough soda to last them a year. Our first stop was snorkeling. We had never been before. The water is no joke! My 8 year old son started getting a little scared because he hated the salt water but two of the guides took him immediately and swam with him and told my husband and I to go and have a good time while they assisted him. That was super nice and it actually put my son at ease. Then we got back on and went closer to the beach area where we were allowed to swim around in more calmer waters. The water was gorgeous! We finally docked at Isla Mujeres where Antonio took us to a fabulous Mexican restaurant. This was by far some of the best food we have ever had. We then walked around the island and shopped for a few hours and then boarded the boat. It was a full day and a wonderful experience!! All of the crew was amazing! The price was amazing! Highly recommended

Did the Whale Shark tour with Diego's Tours in August. Hector and Tony were truly better than awesome! I know that's hard to believe, but because of the hurricane, we were late and didn't get to Isla until the last day of the Whale Shark season. We couldn't find a Whale Shark and after an hour I quit looking - told my son we were too late. But Hector and Tony never quit. They looked for nearly another hour and SUCCESS, they found them!!! It was incredible and the difference between a successful dive or going home without a great story to tell our friends! They also had prepared great food and took us swimming off the boat at Playa Norte beach. All of this was a surprise to us and at no extra charge. Awesome+++ job!

We had an amazing day with Mary our guide and Marcus. We saw mating turtles, a pod of dolphins, even before we saw the whale sharks. Usually you get 2 jumps each trip to swim with the whale sharks but the captain Dani was kind enough to let us jump for the 3rd time! Wonderful creatures, so big that you forget who you are. The tour provider supplied us with drinks, sandwiches, delicious ceviche, fresh fruit. I highly recommend them. Take travel sickness tablets beforehand!!
