★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very nice design boutique hotel with very nice location, private yet close to areas of interest. They have a great rooftop bar and make some amazingly delicious concoctions using infused shochus. Staff is very attentive. Really enjoyed stay and happy to recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooftop bar, DZ, is great. Nice place to unwind, close to Paseo Montejo, and one of the few terrace/rooftop bars in the area. Staff is great and are pretty inventive with cocktails according to your taste. Space is limited so reservations are highly recommended.

The property renovation is gorgeous, and the spaces public and private are well done and full of beautiful things.
The drinks by the pool were fabulous, and the breakfast fresh and delicious.
But, by far, the staff was the best amenity.
We gave into Netflix and Chill, and ordered 3 different Uber Eats deliveries to fuel our lounging.
EACH TIME, the staff took our delivery, arranged it BEAUTIFULLY on their kitchenwares, and delivered it to us room service style.
For me, it’s these are the type of small, thoughtful touches that guarantee a return visit and referrals. Muchísimas gracias!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent rooftop for cocktails.. the seating is comfortable with a nice modern esthetic. The umbrellas bring shade and the mist made the air feel cooler and fresh. Will definitely be visiting more consistently. Great spot!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you book a room for 300usd a night you would expect to sleep. Unfortunately in the conception of the room they forgot the insonorizattion:
1) until 1am you have the feeling being in an airplane because of the kitchen ventilation system
2) the lack of glas window gives you the feeling of sleeping beside a high traffic motorway.
If you want to party all night this is a great place. If you want to sleep I recommend looking for something else it is not worth the price

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked a suite that was very nice but next to the kitchen were you can hear the cleaning of pots and dishes until 1:00 AM. The next day we requested to switch rooms, they gave us a small room that didn’t had hot water.
I requested a credit for the difference on price but they denied it.
The food and drinks at the restaurant were fantastic.
If you are looking for a good night sleep with AC and hot water this hotel is not for you.
