They almost never answer during work hours when they kindly grab you, they say they can't help you and they send you the other way and they send you back with them.

Very nice and spacious the new building, it is a pity that the staff does not receive constant training, the service is quite slow and the attention leaves a lot to be desired in terms of punctuality, friendliness and quality.
