★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atencion, solo que publucan en los rrquicitos para tramites para adultos mayores unsa cosa y no lo respetan al llegar ala atencion personaluzada te salen con que son mas copias y amplificadas al 200 por ciento y te regresan otra vez eso es mal y pesimo servicio
Good attention, only that they publish one thing in the requirements for procedures for older adults and they don't respect it when you get to the personalized attention they tell you that they are more copies and amplified to 200 percent and they return you again that is bad and terrible service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegue a preguntar por la tarjeta de adulto mayor y la persona que me atendió no supo darme bien la información que pedía en la barra o mostrador me atendieron bien y pregunte que me dieran el nuevo teléfono porque llame y no me contestaron y me dijeron que no se había pagado cosa que no pasó antes pero en fin hay que ver como funcionan los demás servicios
