★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me gusta que tienes que ir personalmente a hacer una cita con los doctores. Pienso que deberían modernizar eso. Porque primero tienes que ir con ella para ver si te puede atender, a mí me dijo que tenía disponible citas para el 21 de mayo y fui el 12 de abril.... Solo es perder el tiempo. Deberían poner un número para recepción que se encargue de coordinar las citas de los doctores, o al menos en su página web (que por cierto tampoco funciona al momento que estoy escribiendo esto) poner la información de todos los doctores que laboran ahí.
Yo fui a pedir ayuda y no me sentí escuchada cuando fui (que se supone que están para eso), entiendo que por ser gratis tengan muchos pacientes pero al menos si hubiera sentido que la dra se preocupó por darme una atención, no hubiera puesto esta calificación
I do not like that you have to go personally to make an appointment with the doctors. I think they should modernize that. Because first you have to go with her to see if she can attend you, she told me she had available appointments for May 21 and I went on April 12 ... It's just wasting time. They should put a number for reception that is responsible for coordinating appointments of doctors, or at least on their website (which incidentally does not work at the time I'm writing this) put the information of all the doctors who work there.
I went to ask for help and I did not feel listened to when I went (which is supposed to be for that), I understand that because they are free they have many patients but at least if I had felt that the dra was concerned about giving me attention, I would not have put this qualification
