Pero ahora quiero hablar profundamente del personal: Empiezo diciendo que la recepcionista es sumamente grosera, cualquier pregunta o tratamiento que quieres hacerte te dice que: "No hay equipo", "No hay médico", "Tiene que ir al DIF de Real" lo cual se me hace sumamente extraño ya que se ve que SI tienen los insumos necesarios para atender, no se en que se base para aceptar o negarle el servicio a alguien.
Y lo que respecta a las enfermeras también atienden con una actitud de molestia, si no les gusta atender pacientes ¡¿Que necesidad hay de que se dediquen a eso?!

But now I want to talk deeply about the staff: I start by saying that the receptionist is extremely rude, any question or treatment that you want to ask yourself tells you that: "There is no team", "There is no doctor", "You have to go to the Real DIF" which is extremely strange to me since it is seen that IF they have the necessary supplies to attend, I do not know what is the basis for accepting or denying the service to someone.
And when it comes to nurses, they also attend with an attitude of annoyance, if they don't like to attend to patients, what need is there for them to dedicate themselves to that?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta estrella la pongo por qué en recepción no se organizan para tener cambio. Es la tercera vez que venimos y no tienen cambio. Esta vez de un billete de $100 pesos y la consulta cuesta $80. Por favor responsable del lugar ayude a revisar este tema los pacientes van enfermos y no tienen ánimos de salir a gastar mas para cambiar o a caminar para ver quién les cambia. Recuerden que no dan un servicio gratuito y deben atender como se debe a sus clientes.
