★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El DENTISTA es muy económico en comparación a los privados, pero quieren hacerte lo que quieren y no lo que pides. Fui a una extracción y como la dentista no quiso me terminó haciendo una incrustación, se me infectó y tuve que ir a un dentista externo.
The dentist is very inexpensive compared to private, but they want to make what they want and not what you ask. I went to an extraction declined as the dentist I ended up making an inlay, I was infected and had to go to an outside dentist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi único inconveniente es esté: Hoy (8 de julio del 2019) llamé dos horas antes para saber el costo del ultrasonido obstétrico y me dijeron que era de $300 pero que tenía el 30% de descuento. El costo entonces sería de $210 pero al llegar al DIF la "señorita" me cobró los $300 y me dijo que no tenía conocimiento e iba a preguntar sobre el descuento. Al final no respetaron lo que me habían dicho por teléfono y se quedaron con el 10% para ellos... TENGAN CUIDADO CON LOS EMPLEADOS ESTAFADORES. NO ME DIERON TICKET SOLO UN PAPELITO CON EL COSTO.
My only drawback is this: Today (July 8, 2019) I called two hours before to know the cost of the obstetric ultrasound and they told me it was $ 300 but that I had a 30% discount. The cost would then be $ 210 but upon arriving at the DIF the "Miss" charged me the $ 300 and told me I had no knowledge and was going to ask about the discount. In the end they did not respect what they had told me on the phone and they kept 10% for them ... BE CAREFUL WITH EMPLOYEES SCAMATORS. THEY DID NOT GIVE ME A TICKET ONLY A PAPER WITH THE COST.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya está eh semáforo verde aún así los servicios nunca has dejado de atender, solo algunos programas TOLUCA no los activado como los de INAPAM, y algunos programas sociales.
There is already a green traffic light, even so the services have never stopped serving, only some TOLUCA programs are not activated like those of INAPAM, and some social programs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los servicios excelentes.. Solo tengo un tema con el area de farmacia.. En primera al ir a comprar medicamentos me dieron unos de otra docis que no era, en segunda me dieron medicamento caducado.... Lo bueno que se reviso y se pidio el rembolso
The excellent services .. I only have one issue with the pharmacy area .. First when I went to buy medicines they gave me some of another dozen that was not, second they gave me expired medicine… The good thing was that it was reviewed and it was asked for the refund

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hablé para ver si tenían la vacuna del tétanos disponible y me dijeron que si, al llegar me dicen que no. La persona que atiende el teléfono no debería dar información si no la conoce o mentir, es un caos llegar al centro como para que estén jugando; esto el 19 de noviembre de 2021. Contraten personal capacitado.
I spoke to see if they had the tetanus vaccine available and they said yes, when they arrived they said no. The person who answers the phone should not give information if they do not know it or lie, it is chaos to get to the center for them to be playing; this on November 19, 2021. Hire trained staff.
