★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos cobraron mas de 5mil pesos por subir 4 posts a twitter que les dimos hechos. Nos prometieron un analisis de redes personalizado que nos iba a servir para sentar las bases de nuestra campaña en redes y al final admitieron que no tenian nada desarrollado.
Ni siquiera fueron buenos para optimizar hashtags para los post que les pasamos, aun siendo la unica parte que requeria su atención. Tuvimos que avisarles nosotros mismos que estaban duplicando algunos ya que ellos ni lo vieron.
Yo creo que en total nos dedicaron unas 2horas de trabajo como mucho repartidas entre cada post a lo largo de varias semanas. Se sentaron a esperar que les mandaramos el trabajo hecho. Realmente un servicio lamentable. Al cancelar se embolsaron dos meses de cuota y nos quedamos sin el analisis y sin el dinero.
Cuidense mucho de tratar con ellos.
They charged us more than 5 thousand pesos for uploading 4 posts to twitter that we gave them facts. They promised us a personalized network analysis that was going to help us lay the foundations for our network campaign and in the end they admitted that they had nothing developed.
They weren't even good at optimizing hashtags for the posts we passed them, even though it was the only part that required their attention. We had to let them know ourselves that they were duplicating some as they didn't even see it.
I think that in total we spent about 2 hours of work at most spread over each post over several weeks. They sat down to wait for us to send them the work done. Truly a pitiful service. When canceling, they pocketed two months of fees and we were left without the analysis and without the money.
Be very careful dealing with them.
