★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio técnico, sin duda es de lo mejor que hay en Mérida para Canon. Me hubiera gustado que me avisaran -previamente- el cambio de una pieza que le hicieron. Se comprometieron a enviar un mail para explicarme del tema, el cuál nunca llegó. Para compensar me ofrecieron un servicio gratis. Creo que supieron manejarlo bien.
 The technical service is undoubtedly one of the best in Mérida for Canon. I would have liked to be notified - previously - of the change of a piece they made. They promised to send an email to explain the subject, which never came. To compensate, they offered me a free service. I think they knew how to handle it well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente el servicio de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo a mi equipo de fotografía, muy responsables, profesionales y con bastante conocimiento para determinar las causas de los posibles fallos en los equipos. Dan un buen seguimiento a la reparación y mantienen informado al cliente del status o situación del tiempo y entrega comprometida. Los precios son justos y acordes al problema a resolver. Muy accesible la ubicación además de contar con área de estacionamiento.
Excellent preventive and corrective maintenance service to my photography team, very responsible, professional and with enough knowledge to determine the causes of possible equipment failures. They give a good follow-up to the repair and keep the client informed of the status or situation of the time and committed delivery. The prices are fair and according to the problem to solve. Very accessible location besides having a parking area.

Es más confiable y económico comprar por Internet. Las personas que atienden sólo saben lo básico, por lo que si necesitas una atención o explicación detallada no la vas a encontrar aquí.

From a Customer Service perspective, they are cordial and very respectful. On the other hand you get the feeling you're dealing with knowledgeable people.
As for the shop, very professional. They fixed my lens issue promptly.
As for the store, it's like walking into a toy store! So many trinkets and gadgets. Plenty of filters, bags, tripods and what not, for all brands of equipment.
The store is inclined towards Canon cameras and lenses, but their shop will look at any brand (my lens issue was from Nikon). With confidence, I can say that if I were to run into another issue with my camera (Nikon), I have nothing to fear.
