I wanted to acquire an electrocardiograph with them but they NEVER contacted me, so I contacted them and they left me hanging on the line for 15 minutes, when they finally answered they left to send me the details of my quote by mail and I never received it. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THAT? I had to look for another purchase option since apparently I am not a customer of their interest

Esto me generó una pérdida considerable ya que tuve que postergar distintas citas las cuales ya tenían agendadas, me comuniqué varias veces a la empresa y solo me comentaban que estaba en tránsito y nunca tuve una respuesta y seguimiento concreto.
They do not meet the delivery time, my team arrived a month after the stipulated date. This caused me a considerable loss since I had to postpone different appointments which had already been scheduled, I communicated several times to the company and they only told me that I was in transit and never had a specific response and follow-up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todos los que dicen que es una gran empresa trabajan en ella, seguro Rodrigo les obligó a escribir eso para subir el puntaje porque ya andaban saliendo los verdaderos cliente a decir las cosas que realmente suceden. Son una terrible empresa, le cobran 5 mil pesos por servicio de soporte a los doctores en su equipo de ultrasonido y solo le soplan con unos botes de aire comprimido. Una vez Rubén le dijo p*nd*ja a una doctora y Rodrigo lo encubrió y hasta le dio risa de que insultara a una clienta, obviamente nunca hubo una consecuencia. Pueden ver que es verdad que quienes trabajan aquí dejan las buenas reseñas porque son tan tontos que en sus fotos de perfil están trabajando con un ultrasonido. Y si quieren más pruebas de ello vayan a su canal de Youtube donde dan la cara y tienen su nombre expuesto para que vean que inteligentes no son. Ninguna empresa que ofrezca un buen servicio tendría que pedirle a sus empleados que dejen buenas reseñas. Mejor no compren aquí.
