★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado con esta empresa pues no cumple lo que promete, como ejemplo les pongo mi caso: el día 7 de diciembre pasado acudí a su sucursal ubicada en Iztacalco en la Ciudad de México y adquirí varios productos que pagué en ese momento; entre ellos estaba un receptor que no tenían en existencia (lo supe después). Daniel, el vendedor que me atendió, me dio su palabra de que me lo enviarían sin costo para mi a mi domicilio desde su tienda matriz en Puebla. Yo confiado me retiré de su domicilio. Hoy 4 de enero, casi un mes después no he recibido nada; Por cierto, hablé con varias personas en la empresa (incluso una tal Gladys en Puebla), todos ellos me dicen mentiras que contradicen a lo dicho por otros empleados. CUIDADO....
Be careful with this company because it does not fulfill what it promises, as an example I give you my case: last December 7, I went to its branch located in Iztacalco in Mexico City and purchased several products that I paid for at that time; among them was a receiver that they did not have in stock (I found out later). Daniel, the seller who attended me, gave me his word that they would send it to me at no cost to my home from their parent store in Puebla. I confidently left his home. Today January 4, almost a month later I have not received anything; By the way, I spoke with several people in the company (including a certain Gladys in Puebla), all of them tell me lies that contradict what other employees said.
