A	Alma Delia Castillo Castillo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente su trabajo fue de muy buena calidad, pero su servicio fue horrible, mi pedido ya estaba listo y pagado, y para entregarme se tardaron 1 hora porque estaban haciendo diseños y eso lo entiendo pero no les costaba ni 2 minutos entregármelo ya que ya llevaba la nota de pagado, además el chico super grosero al momento de darme las cosas. No dicen q para facturar es más IVA o que se cobra la comisión por pago con tarjeta. Trabajan y entregan con rapidez. La atención del personal puede mejorar sobre todo del chico de lentes creo es diseñador q siempre está muy apático y no es capaz ni de voltearte a ver cuándo le hablas. Pros: their prices are good and they already include VAT to be able to bill, they accept credit card. They do not say that to invoice it is more VAT or that the commission is charged for card payment. They work and deliver quickly. The attention of the staff can improve especially the guy with glasses I think he's a designer who is always very apathetic and is not even able to turn around to see when you speak to him.

No son nada profecionales, no entregan las cosas a tiempo. Terrible service, I asked for the printing of some labels and they gave me a date to deliver them, I passed that date and it turns out that they never sent them to print, they asked me to go the next day and so I did, I went two days later, they make me wait for the material to arrive so that at the time they tell me that they forgot, and they asked me to come later. Al paso de los años fueron cambiando el personal y contrataron personal muy desagradable, poco funcional, que te atiende de mala gana y hasta prepotente, comenzando por los encargados. Desde que llegas no te atienden ya que están muy ocupados diseñando y está bien, pero de eso a que no te pregunten que necesitas es nefasto. La experiencia es muy mala, y ya no es tan económico como antes. Creo que tienen potencial y pueden mejorar.
