Affordable prices, but very very slow staff, due to a pandemic they suggest orders and others by email and their responses take two days. Should train staff better in customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio al cliente, presencial y por whats app o telefono, te tratan como si te hicieran un favor, su personal NECESITA ENTENDER que VIVEN DEL CLIENTE y no alreves, tardan dias en contestar y si no les gusta lo que les pides simplmente ya no contestan, en la sucursal es lo mismo, mala cara, mala actitud de todos, les preguntas algo y hacen caras
el negocio esta muy surtido y seria un excelente socio si tuvieran buen servicio al cliente.
Terrible customer service, face-to-face and by whats app or phone, they treat you as if they were doing you a favor, their staff NEEDS TO UNDERSTAND that they LIVE FROM THE CUSTOMER and not vice versa, they take days to answer and if they don't like what you ask, they simply don't they answer, at the branch it's the same, bad face, bad attitude from everyone, you ask them something and they make faces
the business is well stocked and would be an excellent partner if they had good customer service.
