★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitivamente nefastos, engañan a sus clientes ofreciendo cosas que no cumplen, en mi caso me indicaron que mi renovación incluia un equipo sin costo y resulta que al final si me lo cobran, eh estado marcando pero ahora ya en ningún número contestan, al principio era le llamamos , al final era mi culpa por el tiempo, por abrir el teléfono que era sin costo, que si era su error pero no lo solucionan, nada recomendable, estoy escalando a Telcel pero al final como el engaño es del distribuidor no se están haciendo responsables, definitivamente no hagan nada con ellos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio final. ? Al renovar mi plan enviarían el equipo al día siguiente con el pago de diferencia contra entrega. Iniciado el tramite resultó que para enviar el equipo era necesario realizar el pago previamente vía transferencia. Realizado el pago resulta que la entrega sería 3 días después, y para rematar dieron de baja mi chip y me quede sin servicio hasta recibir el nuevo equipo con el nuevo chip. Al llamar solo dicen que es el procedimiento normal y el ejecutivo debió comentarlo, no hay nada que hacer. Pésimos! Última vez que hago algo con este distribuidor.
