Fui queriendo comprar un producto que ya había revisado previamente en su página de Internet y decía que en esa sucursal estaba disponible, al llegar ahí estuvieron buscando el producto medio de mala gana. Para que al después de esperar, solo dijeron que no había o no estaba lo buscaba. Lo peor nunca nadie contesta el teléfono incluso estando los empleados a un lado del mismo. The branch is good and they give good prices, the bad thing is that they don't have much control of their stocks. I went wanting to buy a product that I had previously reviewed on their website and said that it was available at that branch, when they got there they were reluctantly looking for the average product. So after waiting, they only said there wasn't or wasn't looking for it. Worst of all, no one ever answers the phone even when the employees are next to it.
