A	Antonio Guerrero Barba on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ¡¡¡PÉSIMO SERVICIO!!! Reubicaron la antena en mi domicilio por mala señal, al día siguiente la antena se cae y vuelvo a reportar a atención a clientes. A los 4 días sin previo aviso me mandan al técnico para retirar equipos por que "ya no me podían dar el servicio", sin importarles que estaba al corriente con mi pago del mes y solo tuve una semana de servicio TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! They relocated the antenna at my home due to a bad signal, the next day the antenna went down and I report back to customer service. After 4 days without prior notice they send me to the technician to remove equipment because "they could no longer give me the service", without caring that I was up to date with my payment for the month and I only had one week of service

Es imposible! Llamo a atención al cliente y no responden ! Horrible servicio! Opten por otra compañía! Porque al menos ésta es HORRIBLE! TRULY THE WORST INTERNET SERVICE IN AGUASCALIENTES! Eh tenido una semana que no hay nada deninternet y le eh marcado como 100 veces y no contestan, y cuando me contestan solamente dicen que hay un problema en esa zona. Tambien nada mas hablan cuando en necesario pagar el mes de internet,pero cuando esta fallando no contesan. Estoy es un fraude,este internet no FUNCIONA TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! También a veces llamas en horario de atención a cliente y nadie contesta. Lo bueno: resuelven los problemas un poco mas rápido que otras compañías, no es caro. Los primeros dos meses de servicio fueron buenos, estaba contento pero luego de ese tiempo inexplicablemente se volvió pésimo, ya no cargaban las cosas como al inicio y casi todo el día es una señal muy inestable. Entiendo que mi zona es de difícil alcance, eso se agradece pero no prometan que el servicio es de calidad donde sea porque no es así. Disappointed.
