Los chicos buenas pesonas ,al parecer la cerraron . The facilities very well. The Rh management do not know anything they do not give payrolls, the super is not supportive etc the very stressful environment. Good guys, you guys, apparently closed it.

Se hacían fraudes al cliente mediante modificación de archivos de reportería, se conectaban personas fantasma para el cumplimiento de la corrida, se prestaban usuarios de Portal de Ventas y Servicios,... En definitiva es una buena empresa, el sueldo no está mal y son medianamente flexibles, pero la gestión es increíblemente mala y fraudulenta. Además de eso, el área de recursos humanos nos amenazó de "boletinarnos" y dar malas referencias nuestras por el simple hecho de salirnos en busca de mejores propuestas laborales, llegando al grado de, incluso, realizar comentarios negativos de la nueva empresa en la que laboramos. E	Eldepra Vado on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las instalaciones están padres pero en las capacitaciones te saturan de información y es demasiada para aprenderlo todo en 2 semanas, lo cual genera que cuando te bajan a operaciones les des insatisfactorias soluciones a los clientes. Por si fuera poco, muchos supervisores se sienten cagados por Dios y no te ayudan en los primeros días que los nuevos necesitan ayuda, y si te ayudan lo hacen de mala gana. Mi opinión personal? El trabajo es bueno...para que juntes un poco de dinero y te puedas salir al mes para que puedas conseguir otro trabajo mejor. El sueldo es mediocre y el bono es difícil de conseguir debido a la mucha teoría y poca práctica que te enseñan. Renuncie en agosto y es fecha que no me entregan mi finiquito por que no me quieren entregar lo que me deben.
