Salud Digna surge en 2003, dándole continuidad a un proyecto que Jesús Vizcarra venía realizando para beneficio de la población de Culiacán, Sinaloa. Se crea para satisfacer las necesidades de la población que no tiene al alcance servicios de salud de calidad.

Desde un principio fue primordial establecer la universalidad del servicio, de manera que la atención sea la mejor para toda persona que se presente a la clínica.

En 2011 se entra a una nueva época de expansión, donde se crean 14 clínicas solo en ese año, es cuando Salud Digna entra en una etapa de renovación y expansión.

El que toma las muestras ni si quiera se cambia los guantes entre uno y otro paciente. ¡terrible descuido y tienen certificación! Hay una persona en la entrada que te brinda gel antibacterial y te toma la temperatura, únicamente dan acceso a la persona que se va a realizar el estudio. Fui por un electrocardiograma, la enfermera que me atendió tenía mala actitud, y le faltó tacto, amabilidad, creo que debería explicar mejor el procedimiento, al llegar me pidió que me quitara la ropa y me pusiera una bata y lo hice ahí sin ningún problema, (primero pensé que no había un cambiador/probador debido al espacio, pero cuando estaba recostada realizándome el estudio me di cuenta que sí había y no me lo indicó/ofreció ni nada) y otra cosa, si únicamente es un lado del pecho el que se necesita descubierto no sé porqué me descubre ambos o no me cubre el otro (o si sí debe ser así disculpen mi ignorancia es la primera vez que me realizó ese estudio, pero es a lo que me refiero con que debería explicar mejor el procedimiento). Primero creí que por estar todo el día así y atender a tantas personas me trató así, pero al final de cuentas es su lugar de trabajo y el trato y la atención debe ser buena, después pasé a un examen de la vista y la atención fue completamente contraria, fue muy buena, muy amable y me explicó el procedimiento, fue ahí donde me di cuenta que no era por atender a muchas personas, ya que ese día el exámen de la vista era gratuito para todo aquél que deseara realizarselo...
