★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No abren a la hora que es, apenas tienen insumos y si no hay que esperar de 1 a 3 días para que lo traigan de la misma ciudad pero otra sucursal. No atienden el teléfono pero no sueltan su celular.
They do not open at the time it is, they barely have inputs and if there is no waiting for 1 to 3 days to be brought from the same city but another branch. They do not answer the phone but do not release their cell phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desafortunadamente tube una mala experiencial con el servicio a domicilio ya que la mercancía la necesitaba a sierta hora 2 días después de hacer el pedido y a un así no fue entregada y al hacer la llamada la señorita que atendió simple mente sin mas ni mas solo dijo ok hay le cancelo ni siquiera para investigar si su repartidor andaba por la zona y ver si era posible una entrega a tiempo. Espero que no sean muchos casos como este pero en esta ocasion así aconteció.
Unfortunately I had a bad experience with the home delivery since the merchandise needed it at a certain hour 2 days after placing the order and one so it was not delivered and when making the call the lady who answered simply without more or more just said ok There is even cancellation to him to investigate if his deliveryman was walking by the zone and to see if a delivery on time was possible. I hope there are not many cases like this but this time it happened.
