Muy amable el personal que atiende, el mecánico que nos atendió se mereció una buena propina, nos mostró las llantas que ya no servían, nos buscó la mejor para que se nos quedará de refacción y todo un buen servicio. La señorita que cobra y demás personal nos atendieron muy bien. Lo mejor es que había promoción a meses sin intereses, bueno, había un ligero incremento, pero insignificante. Buena experiencia de compra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su atención a cliente es regular pero su servicio de alineación y balanceo es la muerte, lleve a cambio de llantas mi auto y pedí alineación y balanceo, al momento de salir le lleve el carro a mi mecánico de cabecera para cambio de balatas y resulta que cuando le va quitando las llantas nos encontramos con tornillos en las articulaciones entre el soporte del amortiguador y el soporte del disco. Volví aquí en busca de respuesta y solo me dijeron que " es una práctica muy normal que ELLOS realizan" ... Y ni siquiera un perdón
Yo no recomiendo este lugar para nada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trabajan bien, pero te tienes que quedar ahí para que saquen el trabajo si no empiezan a tomar más autos y dejan el de uno a lo último, lo deje a las 8:00 am son las 4:00 pm y aquí sigo por un cambio de 4 amortiguadores.
