★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace algunos años me mancharon una chamarra de piel y la echaron a perder; obvio negaron su responsabilidad, entonces dejé de ir ahí. Pero ahora por comodidad, dejé dos prendas para tintorería, un saco con 2 muy pequeñas manchas de salsa y una guallavera de lino blanco con una muy leve de sangre de un mosquito que aplastó mi esposo, tan pequeña que apenas se notaba. No solo me regresaron las prendas con las manchas intactas, si no que la guallavera me la entregaron con dos manchas enormes que no tenía cuando se las entregué y que ahora no tengo idea de cómo las mancharon ni de qué?. La chica que te atiende es muy linda y la verdad no quiero perder mi tiempo ni desgastarme reclamándole a ella por algo que la empresa no está haciendo bien. Mejor le quitaré con vanish las manchas, que al final son muy sencillas de limpiar, y espero que las que me mancharon ellos (foto adjunta) se quiten, porque eso sí no tengo idea de qué es. FATAL, DE VERDAD NO VUELVO.
A few years ago they stained a leather jacket and spoiled it; Obviously they denied their responsibility, so I stopped going there. But now for convenience, I left two clothes for dry cleaning, a sack with 2 very small sauce stains and a white linen guallavera with a very slight blood from a mosquito that my husband crushed, so small that it was barely noticeable. Not only did they return the garments with the stains intact, but the guallavera was given to me with two huge stains that it did not have when I gave them to them and that now I have no idea how they were stained or what? The girl who takes care of you is very pretty and the truth is I don't want to waste my time or wear myself out claiming her for something that the company is not doing well. Better I will vanish the stains, which in the end are very easy to clean, and I hope that the ones that they stained me (attached photo) will be removed, because I have no idea what it is. FATAL, I REALLY WILL NOT COME BACK.
