Nosotros estamos en otra ciudad y no cotizaron el flete de los productos, aunque por el monto comprado cuaquier otra tienda nos otorga el envío gratuito, debido a esto me presente personalmente en la sucursal y demoraron casi una hora para sustir mi orden. Finalmente termine solicitanto la cancelación de la compra.
Bad attention. We are in another city and they did not quote the freight of the products, although for the amount purchased, any other store gives us free shipping, because of this I personally present at the branch and it took almost an hour to replace my order. Finally I finished requesting the cancellation of the purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible, llame para pedir informacion sobre un producto y me colgaron, llame de nuevo y no me dieron respuesta... falta capacitación para atención al cliente, sea una enorme empresa o un usuario pequeño... se debe de atender con profesionalismo.
Terrible, I called to ask for information about a product and they hung up on me, I called again and they didn't give me an answer... there is a lack of training for customer service, whether it is a huge company or a small user... it must be attended with professionalism.
