★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me dieron un corte con agua mientras yo pedía corte con láser, las piezas no me sirvieron para nada y no quisieron amortiguar su error (Según ellos me comentaron que cortarían mis piezas en chorro agua pero nunca lo hicieron). Muy groseros.

En respuesta al comentario añadido de dimensional, reitero nuevamente que no se me mencionó que sería corte agua, y deliberadamente me culparon a mi. No reclamé en el momento porque como normalmente había tenido buen servicio de ustedes preferí dudar de mi antes que de su trabajo, pensando que yo había seleccionado mal el método de manufactura.
Si, reconozco que mi error fue no reclamar en el momento y tardé dos semanas en notificarlo porque fui con otros proveedores (GEB Metal mecánica y TOP LASER) (super profesionales) que me hicieron el favor de hacerme unas cuantas piezas y reiterar que el trabajo de dimensional no fue lo que yo pedí.
Lo que más me molestó fue el trato tan grosero que me dieron por teléfono y que no aceptaran que nunca me comentaron sería corte agua.
Yo simplemente califico experiencias para que no caigan otros incautos, si son tan buenos como comentan, no tienen de que preocuparse ni martirizarse, realmente espero que mi caso haya sido aislado y no les vuelva a suceder.
Como recomendación agreguen en la cotización el método de corte que están ofreciendo y claro, nunca traten mal al cliente, se ven mal.
They gave me a cut with water while I asked for a laser cut, the pieces did not help me at all and they did not want to dampen their mistake (According to them they told me that they would cut my pieces in water jet but they never did). Very rude.

In response to the added dimensional comment, I reiterate again that I was not mentioned that it would be water cut, and they deliberately blamed me. I did not claim at the time because, as I had normally had good service from you, I preferred to doubt myself rather than your work, thinking that I had poorly selected the manufacturing method.
Yes, I recognize that my mistake was not to complain at the time and it took me two weeks to notify it because I went with other suppliers (GEB Metal mechanics and TOP LASER) (super professionals) who did me the favor of making me a few pieces and reiterating that the work Dimensional was not what I asked for.
What bothered me most was the treatment so rude that they gave me on the phone and that they did not accept that they never told me it would be water cut.
I simply rate experiences so that other unsuspecting people do not fall, if they are as good as they comment, they do not have to worry or be martyred, I really hope that my case has been isolated and does not happen again.
As a recommendation, add in the quotation the cut method they are offering and of course, never treat the customer badly, they look bad.
