En la atención en pedidos por WhatsApp no responden rápido ni me confirmaron si ya estaba en trámite o en sucursal mi pedido, y en la entrega de mercancia se tardaron más de 40 minutos y aún así en una de las ocaciones no me entregaron completo tuve que regresar al siguiente día porque no terminaban de completar mi orden. Ojalá mejoren su sistema de logística y seguimiento de pedidos. I have bought on several occasions and my experience has always been the same.
