I made a call to request an order, they told me that if they had what I had requested in stock, the payment was made and when I went to the branch for the merchandise they told me that they had made a mistake and that the merchandise would arrive in two days, after two Thinking about some eventuality, I waited one more day, I assumed that they would give importance to my request and would call me to let me know if I could pass. They did not call, and when asking for WhatsApp they did not respond either, so I went to the branch again and they told me that the merchandise had not arrived yet, they asked me to wait three more days, I give them my cell phone number so that they notify me when the merchandise arrives, but again no call or message to tell me they don't have my order... The solution that I suggested was or they would make the change for something similar that if they had, they tell me that if they had the new order according to the inventory in their system, when I go to pick up with the warehouse they tell me that they do not have the garments, to which I I ask the person in the warehouse what the problem is and he tells me that they don't have the inventory in order... They don't know what they have in the branch, what does each department do? The owner most certainly does not know what is happening with his company, if there is no control, the people who work here will affect his business when he least realizes it...

Good quality of clothes! , exaggerated waiting time, when there are no people there !!! That is fatal, nothing to do with their other branch, they deliver the garments super fast and the attention is very good
