★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, desde el inicio de la compra de montacargas me dieron una fecha de entrega y me entregaron 1 mes después. Hasta el momento no he podido utilizar el montacargas que compre con ellos ya que no funciona, reporto con ellos tanto con el dueño Omar y su personal que al parecer no conocen el servicio al cliente pero no me dan solucion.
ASÍ QUE POR FAVOR ALÉJENSE DE ESA TIENDA, YA QUE ES UN FRAUDE VENDEN EQUIPOS EN MAL ESTADO.
P.D. NO SE MERECEN NINGUNA ESTRELLA!!!
Lousy service, from the beginning of the forklift purchase they gave me a delivery date and delivered me 1 month later. So far I have not been able to use the forklift that I bought with them since it does not work, I report with them both with the owner Omar and his staff that apparently do not know the customer service but do not give me a solution.
SO PLEASE GET AWAY FROM THAT STORE, AS IT IS A FRAUD, THEY SELL EQUIPMENT IN BAD CONDITION.
P.S. DON'T DESERVE ANY STAR !!!
