Parecen muebles de casa de muñecas no podrán guardar nada en los cajones y lo peor es que en su página dicen que cuentan con garantía de satisfacción y cuando levanté el reporte de devolución te dicen que no lo amerita. No gasten su dinero no vale la pena, les será de más utilidad un mueble rústico son más espaciosos y útiles.
The dimensions in which the pieces are made are not the real ones. They look like dollhouse furniture, they will not be able to store anything in the drawers and the worst thing is that on their page they say that they have a satisfaction guarantee and when I raised the return report they tell you that it is not worth it. Do not spend your money, it is not worth it, a rustic piece of furniture will be more useful, they are more spacious and useful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente. Hice mi pedido a inicios de noviembre, me dijeron que esperara un mes porque no tenían en existencia el modelo de sala que quería. Pasa el mes, me pongo en contacto con ellos y me dicen que en dos días me llaman para decirme cuánto tiempo tengo que esperar, pues no les ha llegado el material para la sala. Nunca se pusieron en contacto para darme el estado de mi orden, así que preferí dar por perdido mi pedido. Esta semana me llaman como si nada para decirme que ya tienen la sala y que pueden enviarla al día siguiente. Quedó en espera de su confirmación pero nadie se comunica conmigo. Vuelven a llamarme hoy viernes por la noche para decirme que me entregan el sábado, pero por todas las fallas prefiero buscar otras opciones.
Terrible customer service. I placed my order at the beginning of November, they told me to wait a month because they did not have the room model I wanted in stock. A month goes by, I get in touch with them and they tell me that in two days they will call me to tell me how long I have to wait, because the material for the room has not arrived. They never contacted me to give me the status of my order, so I preferred to give up my order. This week they call me as if nothing happened to tell me that they already have the room and that they can send it the next day. I was waiting for your confirmation but no one communicates with me. They call me again today, Friday night, to tell me that they will deliver on Saturday, but due to all the failures, I prefer to look for other options.
