Hicieron recomendación específicamente de una fisio, ya con cita confirmada por parte de esta persona se llegó al lugar (después de un trayecto largo, dejar de trabajar, etc. $) y el personal comentó que no estaba esta persona pero que alguien más iba a dar el servicio. No es por hacer menos el trabajo de nadie pero es cero profesional y una falta de respeto que no se avise aunque sea una hora antes (o lo que sea) al paciente, que alguien más va a atenderte, especialmente cuando se acude a ese lugar solo para ver a esa fisio.
 I recommend that when making an appointment, you confirm and reconfirm. They made a specific recommendation of a physio, already with an appointment confirmed by this person, the place was reached (after a long journey, leaving work, etc. $) and the staff commented that this person was not there but that someone else was going to give the service. It is not to do anyone's work less, but it is unprofessional and disrespectful that the patient is not notified even an hour before (or whatever) that someone else is going to attend to you, especially when you go to that place just to see that physio.
