Y pensar que soy cliente de la Dinamo por que ahí compre mi motocicleta. 250 rayo elite 2018. Pésimo servicio por parte del encargado GUILLERMO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por razones de trabajo, el modelo que necesitaba de moto carro, solo Dinamo, lo vende, así que fui a la sucursal a adquirirla. La señorita fatima es la agente de ventas, y fue muy amable, en cuanto a sus atenciones para adquirir el moto carro.
El resto del personal con caras de pocos amigos y sin dejar de ver su celular, no hay armonía laboral eso se respira y se refleja de manera inmediata.
El lugar le urge una remodeladita, sus anuncios están cayéndose y el piso de la entrada está en malisimas condiciones.creo que como consesionaria pueden ofrecer más, empezando por enseñar a su personal a sonreír.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, mecánicos con pobre conocimiento, compre una motocarro y desde el primer servicio empezó a fallar. No reconocieron garantía y después de dos meses en su taller me dicen cuál es el problema. NO LO RECOMIENDO.
Terrible service, mechanics with poor knowledge, I bought a motorcycle and from the first service it started to fail. They did not recognize the guarantee and after two months in their workshop they told me what the problem was. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.
