★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es difícil llegar, si no está el gerente, los vendedores no saben que precios dar, así de mal.
Tienen un grave cuello de botella.
La variedad, muy limitada para ser un distribuidor. Cualquier Elektra tiene mas modelos.
Tardan una eternidad en dar los precios, en mi caso 1 semana.
Los precios son altos y NO dan facilidades de pago, la reputación de la marca es mala, y eso no ayuda en nada.
NO tienen centros de servicio, sólo talleres autorizados

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio.. a mi llegada no había absolutamente nadie en espera de ser atendido.. 8 empleados sentados todos juntos nadie se te acerca a atender.. 45min. para que me recibieran la moto y 40 min. más solo para que me dieran la hoja de servicio en refacciones. Se nota que no hay gerente, las motos están sucias, las vitrinas exhibición también, el impermeable del maniquí lleno de polvo y telarañas, tienen un archivero negro que encima de el tienen botellas de agua vacías, termos de café, el bote de basura atascado, papeles afuera en el piso y para colmo me rompieron la manija del clutch y la tuve que comprar. Primera y última vez que la traigo. Pésimo de verdad pésimo.
Terrible service .. upon my arrival there was absolutely no one waiting to be attended .. 8 employees seated all together no one comes to attend you .. 45min. to receive the bike and 40 min. more only to be given the service sheet in spare parts. You can see that there is no manager, the bikes are dirty, the display cabinets also, the mannequin's raincoat full of dust and cobwebs, they have a black filing cabinet that above them have empty water bottles, coffee thermoses, the stuck garbage can , papers outside on the floor and to top it off they broke my clutch handle and I had to buy it. First and last time I bring it. Lousy really lousy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena atención de una chica que es muy atenta, muy bonitas motocicletas y muy buenos planes de financiamiento.
Mandé un correo a Dinamo expresando mi incomodidad ante el diseño de una de las motos en particular y no he recibido respuesta alguna. Ojalá alguien vea esto y me ayude a saber si mi opinión fue por lo menos vista o leída.
En general muy buena opción de motos mexicanas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestamente acudí a este establecimiento para acompañar a un amigo que se compró una moto de esta marca, pero tengo que mencionar que al llegar nadie me atendió solo me vieron y dejaron que me metiera como en mi casa después acompañe a mi amigo a qué le entregaran el papeleo en este momento me percate que el vendedor no sabe las características de las motocicletas que vende, al pasar a garantía se le dio información diferente a la que dijo el vendedor
Al revisar la motocicleta tenía una pieza que colgaba de la salpicadera y al momento que solicité le fuera colocada, uno de los mecánicos saco un desarmador y así intento sin éxito que la pieza encajara, no sabían mostrar cómo se activa la alarma, no sabían cuánta gasolina tenía la moto, no sabían que rendimiento tenía la moto
Ya no quise preguntar más por qué no quería que mi amigo se sintiera decepcionado con su moto nueva
La verdad todas las áreas que pude ver tienen fallas graves, yo creo que la marca debería preocuparse por la calidad y el servicio que se otorga a sus clientes
Aparte olvide mencionar estaba una chica que solo estaba hablando leperadas con su compañero sin importar que nosotros estábamos presentes
En fin no puedo recomendar nada de este sitio

When checking the motorcycle, it had a piece that hung from the fender and when I asked for it to be placed, one of the mechanics took out a screwdriver and thus tried unsuccessfully to make the piece fit, they did not know how to show how the alarm is activated, they did not know how much gasoline had the motorcycle, they did not know what performance the motorcycle had
I didn't want to ask anymore why I didn't want my friend to be disappointed with his new bike
The truth is that all the areas that I could see have serious flaws, I believe that the brand should be concerned about the quality and service it provides to its customers.
Besides, I forgot to mention there was a girl who was only talking to her partner, regardless of whether we were present.
